Modest Mussorgsky “Pictures at an Exhibition”

Russian pianist, winner of all-russian and international music competitions. One of the most prominent representatives of the modern Russian piano school.

Studied at the Central Music School of the Moscow State Conservatory named after P. I. Tchaikovsky, at the Moscow Gnessin Special School, currently a student at the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory (piano and historical keyboard instruments).

Performs at concert stages in Russia, France, Slovenia, USA, China, Germany, Switzerland, Brazil, Mexico, Austria, Portugal, Kazakhstan, Serbia and other countries.

As a soloist, Varvara Kutuzova performs with orchestras: Tchaikovsky Symphony Orchestra, Chicago Philharmonic Orchestra, National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia, State Chamber Orchestra “Moscow Virtuosi”, Symphony Orchestra “New Russia”, State Academic Symphony Orchestra named after E. F. Svetlanov, Tatarstan Symphony Orchestra, Irkutsk Symphony Orchestra, Kazakhstan State Symphony Orchestra, Ryazan Symphony Orchestra, Volgograd Symphony Orchestra, Rostov Symphony Orchestra, Symphony Orchestra of the Conservatory in Nice and others.

In November 2018, Varvara received the award and title of Young Talents of Russia.

Varvara is a participant of international festivals – Verbier Festival (Switzerland), Lang Lang & The Firebird (USA), “Stars on Baikal” (Russia), Annecy — Classic (France), Antalya piano festival (Turkey), Denis Matsuev festival in Tyumen, Irkuts (Russia), “ArtDialog” (Switzerland), International Youth Festival named after Tchaikovsky (Moscow-Klin), Tchaikovsky Art Festival, 100th Anniversary of the Armenian Genocide” (Yerevan), She took part in concerts of the “Junior Music Tour” project and the concert tour “Classical Music Stars”.
